Some are burdened with a sense of disconnection from others. Many come to believe that they are isolated without hope. Joining the tapestry of humanity, learning about the beloved, and understanding the language of relationships are some of the benefits of insight oriented psychotherapy. Often depression, anxiety and fears, loneliness and even psychosis begin with isolation.This isolation is made intolerable by disappointments and trauma. Self-knowledge is the beginning of healing.
