In-Network Insurance Plans

We currently are In-Network with Anthem Blue Cross, Triwest and Tricare. We also provide a super-bill for patients OON (Out of Network) who can collect directly from their insurance plan. Furthermore, we recommend that you check your coverage before making an appointment.

Out of Network Insurance Plans

We are not enrolled with Cigna, Medicare, Medi-Cal.

Health Savings Account (HSA)

We cannot bill HSA. If the patient wishes to be reimbursed from their HSA, they must follow up with them. We provide a receipt for services rendered.

Timely Payments

Payments of fees and deductibles are expected at the time of service.
